INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice concentrated
2 tablespoons UFC banana Ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch dilluted in 1 tablespoon water
250 grams Chicken breast fillet
1 table spoon fish sauce
1 cup cold water and 4 pieces ice cubes
1 cup flour
3 cups palm oil
PROCEDURE:
STEP 1: Prepare orang chicken sauce by combining water, orang juice concentrate, JUFRAN sweet chili sauce, UFC banana ketchup and brown sugar in a sauce pan.
STEP 2: Bring to boil then chicken with cornstarch mixture. Set aside
STEP 3: Cut chicken into 1' strips roughly score each piece. Season chicken with fish sauce.
STEP 4: Dip chicken into ice water then flour. Repeat this process twice.
STEP 5: Heat palm oil into a deep-frying pan, then dip each chicken.
STEP 6: Toss fried chicken into the orang chicken sauce until evenly coated.
Siguraduhin na kapag lulutuin niyo ito ay orange juice concentrated ang gamit niyo o kung hindi naman available ay pwede rin ang fresh orange juice. Mas masarap ito kapag nababad ang napiritong manok sa orange sauce para maabsorb ang lasa ng sauce.
